How can you offer such low prices?
Disney Discounts has relationships with several factory distributors who allow us to sell licensed Disney products via the Internet. When you place an order with us, our distributors ship those products directly to your door which speeds delivery and eliminates the costs associated with purchasing from a retail store. Disney Discounts passes these savings on to you in the form of lower prices!
Are these products in stock?
We update this web site regularly, so the items you've requested are in stock at our manufacturers' warehouses the day you order them. Occasionally an item "runs out" before we can process your order. If that happens, we will email you as soon as our warehouse notifies us and give you the opportunity to either cancel your order or wait for the backorder.
What about shipping costs?
Shipping and Handling costs are based on the fees charged by our factory distributors to deliver a specific product directly to your door via UPS. We use UPS for two reasons: 1) UPS offers the most cost effective shipping methods available and 2) UPS gives you the ability to track your package. We want satisfied customers only! No need to wonder if your merchandise is on its way! We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your merchandise leaves the warehouse.
Note: We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. If you require delivery elsewhere, please email us and we'll see what we can do!
When should I expect delivery?
All of our non-bedding products leave the warehouse one to two business days after you order. During heavy shopping seasons it may take as many as three days to leave the warehouse. Bedding orders require 1-3 week before leaving the warehouse. After any package leaves the warehouse, your selected UPS shipping time applies.
We offer UPS shipping, including UPS Canada. Please keep in mind UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box! You must provide a street address. If you don't have a personal street address, consider using your work address or a friend's street address.
Although we only offer UPS Ground through our website, we can also ship by air for a higher fee. UPS shipping choices we offer are as follows:
• UPS Standard Ground (lower 48 states)
• UPS 3 Day Select (lower 48 states)
• UPS 2nd Day Air (all 50 states)
• UPS Next Day Air (all 50 states)
• UPS Canada Standard
Note: We currently only ship within the United States and Canada. If you require delivery elsewhere, or if you require a rush delivery or delivery by air, please email us and we'll see what we can do! Bedding orders still require 1-3 weeks for manufacturing before they can be picked up by UPS.
What if my purchase arrives damaged or defective?
Although Disney Discounts hopes each and every item delivered to every customer will be received in perfect condition, there is no way to guarantee this. We take great pride in the methods used to package your merchandise. All contents are inspected before leaving the warehouse. Our factory distributors ship at a 91.4% safety rate which means that 91 out of 100 items arrive to our customers in perfect condition!
Disney Discounts will gladly pay the shipping charges to resend a replacement to you if an incorrect, defective, or damaged item is received, however the shipping charge to return the merchandise is the customer's responsibility. Please note that prior to returning an item, you must first contact Disney Discounts for shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need an RMA, simply contact Disney Discounts at the email address above. If your product is damaged in shipping, the issue can usually be resolved most quickly by simply notifying UPS.
What if I simply decide I don't want the item, can I return it for a refund?
Bedding cannot be returned unless it arrived damaged or defective. Non-bedding merchandise can be returned for a refund within 10 days after delivery. Returns must be in salable condition including all original materials and packaging. Unfortunately, Disney Discounts must charge a restocking fee for all returned items requesting a refund rather than replacement, because the factory distributors charge us this fee. Restocking fees vary from 15-30% depending on the factory distributor. In addition, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note that prior to returning an item, you must first contact Disney Discounts for shipping instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). If you need an RMA, simply contact Disney Discounts at the email address above. Refunds cannot be processed without an RMA.
What if my product needs warranty service?
All of our products are warranted by the manufacturer. If you receive a product which later requires service, the manufacturer's warranty information and service address will be clearly marked on or in the package you receive. If you're still not sure where to send your product for claims under warranty, email Disney Discounts and we will happily provide you with that information.
